Barbara provided personalized breakfast choices through text the night before-so convenient. The room had a comfy new mattress. There's plenty of space for clothing and bags. A lovely en-suite that was super clean. Breakfast included good homemade jams, elevating the meal experience. The location is prime. Just a 10-minute stroll to Cowes seafront. The steep stairs could be tricky for some guests. Wi-Fi could improve since it was weaker on the top floor. Still, Barbara's hospitality was great, always ready with local tips. Would highly recommend for its cozy charm and attention to detail without hesitation.

We had a very nice stay in this Victorian hotel. We loved twin room provided with chocolates, a decent view, as for instance. The location was perfect, right by old town. The restaurant was great, and the staff amicable👍

Super cozy stay!

We felt right at home from the get-go! The owners are super cute, and breakfast was a treat-loved the fresh fruit and local jams. The room was comfy, albeit a bit small for two people.

Staying at this lovely spot was a treat! Barbara's breakfast was great, and the room was perfect for my family, even with our little baby. We enjoyed exploring Cowes, especially the charming little shops nearby.

My kids wished for more outdoor play areas.

I enjoyed my stay with a lovely spacious room and the delicious made-to-order breakfasts were definitely a highlight. One downside was the steep steps to the upper floor.

Can't say enuf about barbara, she was super nice and made the awesome breakfast just how we wanted, even for a vegan diet. Location was perfect, only a few mins walk to town and she gave us loads of local tips. Our room was bright and comfy, with plenty of space for our stuff. The whole place was clean and tidy, great!

But there were steep stairs to the room which might be a pain for some. The wifi was pretty weak up in our room.

So, we got this huge and airy room with a big comfortable bed-best sleep I've had in ages. Barbara even provided a large bottle of tap water along with all the tea and coffee essentials, no one does that nowadays, right?

It was kinda pricey, but I think it was worth it.

The breakfast featured beautifully cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and homemade preserves. Barbara, the host, shared fantastic local tips for exploring nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this place with newly furnished rooms, a lovely presentation, a sweet treat, and a quiet setting near the marinas.

The location is fantastic and within walking distance of the ferry port making it easy to reach most places in the area.
